Building a Global Hungary
A Hungarian Youth Association (HYA) egy független, nonprofit szervezet, amely a külföldön tanuló magyarok számára jött létre, hogy tájékoztassa és építse közösségeiket, miközben képviseli érdekeiket - Európa-szerte és azon túl.
A szervezet kitűzött célja, hogy a földrajzi határok ellenére is a külföldi magyar diákok egy erős és fenntartható közösség részévé váljanak.
A szervezet fontos az, hogy a magyar fiatalok számára olyan platformot biztosítsunk, ahol a fiatalok megoszthatják tapasztalataikat, és kapcsolatot teremthetnek hasonló hátterű társaikkal. A Hungarian Youth Association elkötelezett amellett, hogy a tehetséges magyar diákokat minél több szempontból segítse az utazásban, az első egyetemi választástól kezdve a felsőoktatási éveken át egészen a munkavállalásig.

Our Community
At HYA, we believe that building an international community of Hungarians is vital to exchanging experiences, finding innovative solutions to collective challenges, and realising the shared vision of a global Hungary.
Our community and its members are at the heart HYA’s activities, and so we:
- Organize networking events, formal festivities and informal gatherings;
- Represent their interests in national and international campaigns; and
- Facilitate their learning through informative workshops and mentoring schemes.
As a result, we are proud to have grown to reach and represent more than 7000 students from more than 60 universities in over 13 countries, with many more on the horizon.

A pillar of the HYA vision is to dispel the myth that studying abroad is inaccessible to the average Hungarian student. As a community of students studying in leading universities all around the globe, we are dedicated to help any young people who want to study beyond our country’s borders. Through our guides, mentor programmes and workshops, we provide an overview of everything you need to know about studying abroad.
